SHIPPING

Pre-made products (stickers, crystals, jewelry, etc.) are shipped out 3-7 BUSINESS days after purchase. You will be notified by email when the product ships. Stickers and smaller items will not receive tracking numbers. Please allow up to 10 business days for arrival from ship date, or 1-4 days if shipped with priority mail.

Made to order items such as anything resin will take 1-2 weeks production time before shipped, this all depends on quantity needed, demand and the number of orders placed each week.

Once packages are in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. it is out of my control. If a package happens to get lost or delayed in transit, I will do my due diligence to help and contact USPS for information. At this time I am not issuing refunds for lost packages, but depending on the circumstances we may be able to re-issue the order.

Please note: I am not responsible if your address and/or shipping info was not entered correctly when placing the order. PLEASE make sure all of your information is correct before submitting an order. If a shipping address needs to be changed after a purchase is sent through, please contact me within 24 hours and I will be sure to correct the label. I want to make sure you get your items safely and to the right place!

RETURNS

I do not accept returns at this time, but please let me know ASAP if you have any issues with your order. If your order comes damaged, please send photo proof within 2 days of receipt to arcanemooncreations@gmail.com.

Yes! I am open to making custom orders or grab bags- please contact me PRIOR to making a purchase so we can sort out all the details and make sure your request is feasible.

-Can you do custom resin tarot card orders with a design of my choosing?
I am open to making custom tarot orders - please contact me PRIOR to making a purchase so we can sort out all the details and make sure your request is feasible. I have made custom orders for birthdays and weddings so far and look forward to trying out more for my customers!
